Mohan Guruswamy
Mohan Guruswamy is Chairman and founder of Centre for Policy Alternatives. He has over three decades of experience in government, industry and academia. He was educated at Osmania University, Hyderabad; John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University; Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University; and Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.

Zorawar Daulet Singh
Zorawar Daulet Singh is an international relations analyst based in New Delhi. He has been associated with CPA since 2007. He holds a Master’s degree in international relations from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University. Zorawar received his undergraduate education from the University of London where he majored in economics and finance.
As of Fall 2012, Zorawar Daulet Singh is a PhD candidate at the India Institute, King's College London

Vice Admiral Arun Kumar Singh, PVSM, AVSM, NM (Retired)
Vice Admiral Arun Kumar Singh retired in 2007, after a distinguished career spanning four decades, as Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Eastern Naval Command, wherein he was responsible for the maritime defence of India’s eastern seaboard.
His current research interests include matters related to nuclear and maritime security. He joined CPA as a Senior Research Fellow in June 2011.
